At KGR Fashions, we’re committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship your orders, applicable charges, timelines, and more.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Tier 2/3 Towns and Rural Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days.
During festivals, sales, or special launches, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.
4. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order under “Track Orders” in your KGR Fashions account.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. In case of failed delivery due to:
- Wrong/incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept
The order may be cancelled and returned to us. Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return charges.
7. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
While we strive for timely delivery, KGR Fashions is not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Natural calamities, strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions
- Shipping partner delays beyond our control
8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:
- Please do not accept the delivery.
- Report it to us immediately at support@kgrfashions.com or call [+91 8977903977].
- We'll investigate and issue a replacement/refund as applicable.
9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging limitations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each.

REFUND TERMS - KGR Fashions
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- A wrong item was delivered (size, color, or style mismatch).
- The item was not delivered, and the delivery status remains unfulfilled after 7 business days from the expected date.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded unless defective:
- Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items.
- Items bought on final sale or clearance.
- Products with signs of use, wash, or tampering.
4. Refund Timeframes
- Refund initiation: Within 2–3 days after QC approval.
- Refund completion: Depends on bank or payment provider—usually within 5–7 business days.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Governing Law: All transactions and disputes are governed by Indian law.
- User Behavior: Any fraudulent or abusive behavior will lead to account suspension or legal action.
- Pricing Errors: In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order with full refund.
- Changes to Policies: Terms are subject to change. Users will be notified via website updates or email.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
1. Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent.
- If an order is not confirmed within 24 hours due to payment failure or other reasons, it may be auto-cancelled.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI & Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

3. Order Cancellation
- Users can cancel orders within 2 hours of placing it or before shipment.
- After dispatch, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and subject to refund policy.

- We use top-tier delivery partners like DTDC, Indian Post, FedEx etc., to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

- Alternatively, tracking can be done via the “Track Orders” section on our website.
SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sale Period Orders
- During high-sale events (Diwali, End of Season Sale, etc.), dispatches may be delayed by 2–4 days.
- Limited quantities. No guarantees on restocking sold-out items.
2. Pricing
- Prices may vary during a sale and are applicable only for a limited time.
- No price match will be done for past orders.
3. Return/Refund on Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only (not refund), unless defective.
- Final Clearance items (marked FINAL SALE) cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Coupon Codes
- Coupons cannot be used with other ongoing offers unless stated.
- Any misuse of coupons will result in cancellation of orders or account suspension.
